Super trendy and still classic rosé producer in the lifestyle category, where both taste and packaging have an expression that makes an impression. Provence may not exactly claim to be the 'only real' rosé area, but there is no doubt that much of the rosé wine's growing popularity stems from this. Ultimate is a producer that is constantly looking for the next step in terms of creating a wine that knows something we have not experienced before. The winery, which serves as both an exclusive hotel and home to wine production, has high ceilings - just as there are promises of events that are more trendy than the world of rosé wine is used to.

Grenache
Grenache is an unlikely hero of a grape. Until recently reviled or at best ignored in much of the world, it is the grape chiefly responsible for two of the world's more celebrated reds, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and, a more recent star, Priorat.
Cinsault
Also spelled as Cinsaut. Widely planted throughout southern France and Corsica (where it is now being ripped out at a great rate). With its lighter skins and soft perfume it is particularly suitable for rosés and fruity, early-drinking reds, although low yields are needed to eke out much flavour. It has the advantage over Grenache of being easy to pick by machine.
