HARMONIOUS, FRESH & DELICIOUS


This Saar-Riesling dry tastes harmonious, fresh and delicious. It has a rich extract and is a strong and full-bodied wine that brings an elegant depth with it. It presents itself at the beginning by its pleasant acidity and its noticeable minerality is refreshing. On the tongue, it shows a strong structure with wonderful aromas from peach and apricot. In the finish, it is characterized by its slight aromas from citrus fruit and green apples.

Denne tørre Saar-Riesling smager harmonisk, frisk og lækker. Det har en rig ekstrakt og er en stærk og fyldig vin, der bringer en elegant dybde med sig. Den præsenterer sig selv i begyndelsen af dens behagelige syreindhold og dens bemærkelsesværdige mineralitet er forfriskende. På tungen viser den en stærk struktur med vidunderlige aromaer fra fersken og abrikos. I slutningen finder man lette aromaer fra citrusfrugter og grønne æbler.

WEINGUT WEBER


Weingut Weber - Margarethenhof winery is located in the idyllic community of Ayl, one of the most famous wine villages in the Saar-Obermosel region. Jürgen and Dorothee Weber have been running the winery in the third generation since 1986.


Vingården Weingut Weber - Margarethenhof ligger i det idylliske samfund Ayl, en af ​​de mest berømte vinbyer i Saar-Obermosel-regionen. Jürgen og Dorothee Weber har kørt vingården i tredje generation siden 1986.


General grape descriptions



Riesling


Riesling is grape from the Alsace region (France), Germany and Austria but Germany is the largest producer in the word of Riesling wines,  which goes from the dry wines to sweet. This grape is cultivated in warm or cold climates and produces high-quality wines witch evolve well over the years. They are very aromatic wines and with pronounced acidity. Riseling wines with sweet characteristics goes well with spicy food as Indian and Thai cuisine. The dried Riesling  goes well with slightly fat meats like the duck. Most present aromas: lima, green apple, beeswax, jasmine and gasoline.
